TitiMadam designs collection for The Saatchi Gallery

Laser-cut acrylic jewellery brand TitiMadam has been commissioned to design a range of jewellery for The Saatchi Gallery. It will create a collection of necklaces to coincide with the gallery’s Unveiled exhibition, which is running until May 6 and celebrates Middle Eastern art.

TitiMadam was founded by two furniture design graduates, Tina Hakala and Adam Rowe, who initially created a jewellery collection as a fundraising project. The designs received a lot of interest at London graduate show New Designers in July, leading to the pair setting up shop as jewellers in September.

Hakala said: “It started as a fundraising project for the New Designers Show, people loved it so we decided to take the risk and attend trade show Pulse last June.”

TitiMadam is now stocked in 58 retailers throughout Europe. The brand hopes to return to its roots this year with the addition of home products to their portfolio.
