Hot Diamonds reports 134% increase in sales to independents
Hot Diamonds has reported a successful start to its A/W 2011 season boosted by the launch of five collections and new packaging and point of sale displays.
The brand reported that sales to independent retailers in September 2011 revealed a 134% increase compared with the same period in 2010.
Managing director Sanford Simpson said: “The initial reaction to our recent initiatives and newness has been overwhelmingly positive and we will work hard to retain this momentum throughout the Christmas period and into spring/summer 2012.”
Separately, the supply of Hot Diamonds to the Irish territory has recently been brought back in-house by the brand. An Ireland based brand manager has been appointed and the cloning of the brand’s successful UK strategy has had an instant impact, with A/W 2011 buy-in orders significantly exceeding expectations.
