The Houlden Group to sponsor marketing category in UK Jewellery Awards 2012

The Houlden Group has been confirmed as sponsor for the new Marketing Campaign of the Year category at Retail Jeweller’s UK Jewellery Awards 2012.

The long-established UK and Ireland jewellery and watch buying group has put its support behind one of the exciting new categories, which celebrates innovative and creative marketing and is already proving popular industry wide.

The Houlden Group, which works tirelessly to provide business support to independent jewellers, was happy to support and award that has been created to celebrate brands, retailers and individual suppliers who have created an innovative marketing campaign during the past year.

Houlden CEO Stuart Laing said: “Sponsoring the award gives Houlden the means to encourage all companies in the jewellery industry to promote their business to potential clientele and compete at all retail levels encouraging luxury spend with them as opposed to their competitors.

The award winners will be announced during a glitzy evening at the luxurious Grosvenor hotel in London’s Park Lane on July 12.
