So Jewellery ends year with sales up 30%

So Jewellery has reported that its sales were up 30% for the financial year 2011/12, which ended March 31.

Despite the challenge of rising silver prices and cash-strapped consumers, the jewellery brand has confirmed a successful year of trading.

So Jewellery sales and marketing director Emma Finney said: “This evidence in the growing popularity of our brand is partly due to the high sell-through rate with strong margins which our current stockists are benefitting from.”

As well as strong margins, Finney put the success down to an increase in new stockists, with more than 40 independent retailers taking on So Jewellery within the past 12 months.

So Jewellery is one of the brands to have been shortlisted for Jewellery Brand of the Year at the UK Jewellery Awards 2012.
