Fei Liu, Sarah Jordan and Dennis & Lavery triumph at the Platinum Trail awards

The winners were announced at a party last night at The Worx in South London.

The awards are a regular feature of IJL, and those who take part are judged in three categories - Best Platinum Display, Best Platinum Design Award - Most Inspirational Bridal Tri-Set and Best Platinum Design Award - Most Commercially Appealing Bridal Tri-Set.

Fei Liu won for his display, while Sarah Jordan and Dennis & Lavery took home Most Inspirational Tri-Set and Most Commercially Appealing respectively.

Laura McCreddie, editor of Retail Jeweller and one of the Trail judges said: “The Platinum Trail has become a real feature of IJL and it was a real privilege to have been a judge. It was really fascinating to see what the participants achieved within constraints of a bridal tri-set and the winners produced some truly amazing designs.”

The awards are supported by the PGI and the participants are judged by a mixture of journalists, industry figures and retailers.
