Clogau Gold to work with former Royal Harpist on latest campaign

Clogau Gold is planning to work with harpist Claire Jones on a variety of projects in the coming months, including the launch of the brand’s Heartstrings collection.

Jones, official harpist to His Royal Highness, the Prince of Wales from 2007-2011, will be involved in the jewellery brand’s harp-inspired campaign.

The campaign will tie in with the launch of the Heartstrings collection, which comprises harp and heart themed pieces in yellow gold and silver, touched with Clogau’s signature rose gold.

Clogau Gold managing director Ben Roberts said: “Clogau is proud to work with an artist so committed to the preservation of Welsh heritage, high standards of excellence and global expansion; values and vision that also make Clogau one of the most successful jewellery brands in the UK and overseas.”

brand manager Sonia Menezes added: “We see this as a long-term partnership with Claire and it’s a two way thing.It’s one of our most exciting collaborations to date. We plan to work on a variety of projects with Claire.”

The collection and campaign will launch at The Jewellery Show 2012, at 5:15pm on Sunday February 5 with a special harp performance by Claire Jones on the Catwalk at Birmingham’s NEC.
