Links of London partners charity FEED in friendship bracelet designs

Links of London has joined up with charity FEED to produce a collection of friendship bracelets.

The range comprises six playful colour cord bracelets each with a silver bead in the shape of a different motif that represents the various forms of intervention in the fight against world hunger. Each bracelet is engraved with the number of meals that is going to be given per bracelet sold and will serve as a visual reminder of the consumer’s personal donation to the charity, which helps to fight hunger among children around the world.

Links of London CEO Andrew Marshall said: “Working with FEED was a natural progression for us because of our history of supporting children’s charities. We see this as a long term partnership, launching the initiative in the UK and US with plans to take this worldwide.”

An 18ct gold design will also be available exclusively from Harrods.

Commenting on the collaboration, FEED co-founder and CEO Lauren Bush said: “FEED is excited to partner with Links of London to showcase a collection of new bracelets. The partnership was the result of both brands wishing to create a desirable high end fashion product with a conscience. Each bracelet supports a different programme that is effectively fighting hunger and malnutrition around the world through a donation to the FEED Foundation.”

The silver beaded designs will be available in all Links of London stores at £75 and the 18ct gold beaded design will initially launch exclusively in Harrods at £395.
