Bertie Browns launches website with personal shopper facility

Jewellery boutique Bertie Browns has launched a new website that features high quality imagery, improved navigation and a personal shopper facility.

The online boutique showcases a stylish collection of affordable jewellery and positions up and coming British designers alongside better-known international brands such as Pandora, Nomination, Swarovski, Trollbeads and Coeur de Lion.

The website, www.bertiebrowns.co.uk, offers users still life and lifestyle photography, zoom features, sophisticated search functions and product showcases enabling an improved view of the jewellery.

To help jewellery shoppers with their purchase, the website also includes detailed size guides and advice regarding semi-precious stones and their properties along with birthstone information. The site also offers a dedicated personal shopper facility via its live chat option.

Owner Jane Atkinson said: “We are really excited about the launch of our new online boutique. Elegant, stylish affordable jewellery never goes out of fashion and our new website has something for everyone. We wanted to extend and improve our online offering but didn’t want to lose the little extras that make visiting the shop such an enjoyable experience. Every online purchase will come beautifully packaged and with free UK delivery. Customers will also be able to keep up to date with our latest news, gossip and style tips via our extremely popular Facebook page and blog.”

She added: “We’ve also brought the online experience alive with the option for customers to have a personal shopping service and chat live online to our experienced staff for help and advice in choosing the right piece of jewellery. We believe that there is a desire to go back to old fashioned values of good and personalised customer service and the new website has been designed to create that unique customer journey.”
