Citizen reports record January
The Eco-Drive watch brand has announced record breaking sales turnover for the month of January, which follows on from a successful December sell-through for the brand.
Alan Mace, managing director for Citizen Watch UK said he believed this was down to the strength of the product as well as the brand’s television ad campaign, which aired during December.
“We are delighted with these results. With so many new and exciting Eco-Drive models being launched, we are confident that the Citizen brand is well placed to further build on its strong leadership position in 2012,” he said.
Two million Citizen Eco-Drive watches have been sold in the last 10 years and with many more product launches to come, the brand believes it is well-placed to continue this success in 2012.
