Folli Follie UK's like-for-like sales up 64% for the five weeks to December 31

The jewellery, watch and accessories brand also reported that the company was trading 35% up in the UK on last year.

While the flagship store on Regent Street saw total sales increase 160% following its refurbishment at the end of 2011.

Penny Grivea, UK general manager of Folli Follie UK, said: “Sales throughout December were outstanding. Our investment into the UK, our stores and customer service ensure we consistently deliver and are constantly driven by our customer needs and evolve accordingly. The strength of our strategic marketing activity has seen great results from dedicated customer events and targeted promotional activity, confirming our investment to become a destination fashion accessories retailer.”

Folli Follie is part of the FF Group, which, in the UK, also owns Links of London.
