Hermès launches equestrian-themed advertising campaign

Watch brand Hermès has unveiled its latest advertising campaign showcasing its watches against a series of equestrian-themed images.

Hermès is cashing in on its association with horse riding with a set of advertisements that depict horses in a variety of dramatic scenes and odd locations, running alongside images of the watchmakers newest models. The pictures were taken by wildlife photographer Tim Flach, and each image is separated by the brand’s ribbon, which reads: Hermès Sellier - Hermès Horologer.

The choice of horse is designed to match the sentiment behind each watch it is pictured with. The Arceau collection features a restrained horse, the Cape Cod Quantième Simple a tranquil one, the Clipper collection features a proud horse riding a boat and the Cape Cod Tonneau model is pictured with a horse peering out from a Parisian roof-top.
