Laings of Glasgow becomes first Glaswegian stockist of Jaeger-LeCoultre

The iconic Swiss watch brand will be sold at Laings’ recently refurbished store.

Joe Walsh, director of Laings of Glasgow, was thrilled with the introduction of the high-end Swiss watch brand.

“I am delighted to welcome the esteemed Jaeger-LeCoultre brand to Glasgow. It is a watch connoisseur and celebrity favourite and I’m positive our customers will love the pieces we have selected,” he said.

Laings will be stocking the Reverso style, which was originally designed in 1931 for polo players, as well as the latest addition to the Duomètre collection – the Duomètre á Chronographe.

Walsh added: “We pride ourselves on selecting the most important and attractive watches from a wide variety of brands that are accessible to our customers.  From Rolex and Tag Heuer to Patek Phillipe and Baume & Mercier, there is a great selection to choose from to suit a huge range of tastes and budgets.”

Jaeger-LeCoultre is the oldest watch manufacturer in the Vallée de Joux. The present incarnation of the brand traces its roots back to 1833 when Charles-Antoine LeCoultre set up his own shop where he cut pinions and ground pivots.
