Royal London confirmed as headline sponsor of Time at The Jewellery Show

Watch brand Royal London has been confirmed as the headline sponsor of the new dedicated watch section of The Jewellery Show 2012.

The area, called Time, will showcase a range of watch brands at this year’s The Jewellery Show, which takes place from 5-9 February at the NEC in Birmingham. A spokesperson from Royal London said that as long standing supporters of The Jewellery Show the brand sees Time as the next stage in the exhibition’s growth.

“Watches form a very important part of the jewellery industry and we welcome the addition of more watch brands at this annual event and the chance to stimulate more growth in the sector,” they said.

The show will be a host to a range of watch suppliers, including Condor Group, many of which have never been seen before at the NEC or haven’t exhibited for several years.

Speaking about Time’s launch, The Jewellery Show event director Julie Driscoll said: “We are always looking to enhance the offering for our customers. After several conversations with numerous retailers and exhibitors it became clear that there was a need for a watch section within The Jewellery Show, and we saw an opportunity to create a more rounded offering for buyers.”
