Idex Online has revamped its online diamond trading service Guaranteed Diamond Transactions, hosted at idexonline.com. The company said that the enhanced graphic user interface is easier to use and will speed up trading.

Idex Online has altered the layout so that key search elements, such as the Four C's, are located together above the scroll, making the search process quicker and easier. The system also now allows users to email the results of their search with the option to omit original supplier information or add price mark-ups, speeding up the process of sending information to potential clients.

Idex Online chief executive Abraham Stern said: "The new improvements make the whole experience of using Guaranteed Diamond Transactions smoother and easier, leading to increased trading performance.

“We made the changes after listening to our users about ways that we could improve. Responding to our clients and finding ways to help improve their businesses, especially in these challenging times, is extremely important to us."
