Stephen Webster launches Eve-inspired cocktail rings: SEE PHOTOS

Jewellery designer Stephen Webster today held a breakfast event to launch his It Started with Eve… collection of couture cocktail rings.

The collection is the evolution of the brand’s 2011 fine jewellery collection Murder She Wrote. The cocktail rings depict a combination of histories’ most glamorous yet deadly femme fatales; including Lady McBeth, Eve, Bonnie Parker and Bettie Page.

The detailed pieces are littered with exotic gemstones including tanzanite, peridot, oriverdi, red garnet, rubies and diamonds. The collection starts with prices from £10,000.

Webster said: “The spirit of our Murder She Wrote collection has captured the imagination of our clients from all over the world. Drawn from legend, myth, fiction and fact ‘It started with Eve…’ is a collection of couture rings representing some of the strongest and most notorious women along with their weapons of choice since the dawn of time. Just plain wicked.”

Additionally, following the success of the limited edition Seven Deadly Sins couture cocktail rings in 2010, Webster has created a women’s silver line of decadent pendants.

The seven pendants are stylised depictions of the vices pride, greed, envy, wrath, lust, gluttony and sloth. Set in sterling silver and featuring crystals, the collection launches this December, with pendants each priced at £650.
