Voting for EC One Unsigned winner 2011 now open

EC One is currently seeking votes via Facebook for its Unsigned competition, to decide which new talent will win space in the two-store retailer and general business support.

Visitors to the London-based retailer’s Facebook page are being asked to vote for their favourite of the 10 final designers who made it into the shortlist. Those designers (work pictured above) are:
Sylvaine Frouin
Clarice Price Thomas
Jane Gowans
Julie Impens
Katie Woodward
Bridget Bradshaw Designs (aka Marian Bradshaw)
Pip Jolley
Tom Wilson
Victoria Walker
Becky Dockree

This is the second year that EC One, winner of the Boutique of the Year category at the UK Jewellery Awards 2011 and the joint number one in Retail Jeweller’s Inspiring Independents list for 2011, has run the competition giving budding jewellery designers the chance to win dedicated shelf space for their jewellery designs and to benefit from the promotional resources and experience of the team at EC One, which has shops in Notting Hill and Clerkenwell.

The prize will include cost payments when pieces sell, promotion from EC One’s PR company Push PR, manufacturing advice from their in-store workshop, and business and sales advice from their head buyer Alison Skeates.

The jeweller’s fan-base has until October 31 to vote on who they want to become “signed” to EC One.
