Claire Perkins promoted to Jorg Gray UK chief operations officer

Claire Perkins has been promoted to chief operations officer (COO) at American watch brand Jorg Gray UK.

Perkins joined Jorg Gray UK in 2010 as operations manager and has driven Jorg Gray’s steady growth in the UK through the optimisation of services, tripling sales over the 2011 Christmas period and improving brand awareness. In her new role she will now be responsible for overseeing the operations of the company, brand management and customer service.

Perkins said: “It has been exciting to be a part of Jorg Gray’s growth over the last two years. We have organised the company to be even more service oriented, and are establishing a team that can drive Jorg Gray to the next level and are poised to become a significant player in the UK watch industry. Jorg Gray is definitely here to stay in the UK.”

As COO Perkins will be responsible for directly managing Jorg Gray’s continued growth in the UK while keeping the company on course to achieve its stated corporate goals.
