Vacheron Constantin opens in Harrods Fine Watch Room
Vacheron Constantin is making the most of Harrods’s new Fine Watch Room by selecting it for the opening its first dedicated space in the UK with an in-store boutique.
The new Fine Watch Room at Harrods will play host to Europe’s largest watch collection, providing customers with an environment to view the widest selection of fine timepieces, curated by Harrods’s buying teams. There are plans to double the size of the London department store’s fine jewellery and watch area to create two dedicated fine jewellery and fine watch rooms.
Vacheron Constantin has chosen the room as the location for the broadest array of watches from the Swiss manufacture available in the UK.
To celebrate the Swiss haute horlogerie house opening its first dedicated space in the UK, Vacheron Constantin has created a special limited edition Patrimony Contemporaine for Harrods.
The platinum Patrimony Contemporaine features a classical round dial, pure modern lines and elegant and a refined aesthetic. The watch has a manually winding movement with the Geneva Seal, accompanied with a blue alligator strap. It also has an Harrods façade, which has been engraved onto the rear of the platinum case. The watch has been limited to 10 pieces.
