Retailers and brands are being encouraged to book now for Retail Jeweller’s next series of training courses, led by award-winning industry trainer Jo Henderson.
Scooping the coveted Service Supplier of the Year accolade at last week’s UK Jewellery Awards, Henderson is a recognised and well-regarded industry trainer who has worked with the likes of Clogau, Lucy Q, Claudia Bradby, Banks Lyon and Mococo, to name just a few.
Since the start of this year, she has also been working with Retail Jeweller to bring her training to a new audience via a series of one-day events, held in London.
The first, which took place in May, was a resounding success and participants are now being encouraged to book on the remaining courses, taking place throughout the rest of the year.
The details of the courses and corresponding dates are outlined below.
These are open to anyone from new starters all the way through to business owners. Four of the courses are aimed at retail and the other two at designers/brands/wholesale.

This practical workshop will give inspiration and ideas as well as hands-on practice. We will look at full store schemes and window design as well as VM planning for the year. We will also do hands-on building of displays and cover all the dos and don’ts.

Understanding how to read the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in your business and coach with that information can take your business to the next level and grow sales and profit.

Cost: Courses cost £200 per person, unless you are booking for more than one person or more than one course, in which case the price drops to £150 per person/per course.
Timings: Courses will run from 9.30am for a 10am start and will finish at 4pm. Lunch will be provided.
