Exhibitor numbers up at Inhorgenta Munich

German trade show Inhorgenta Munich has said that exhibitor numbers for the 2019 edition of the event have increased by 20.7% compared to the same time last year.

According to show organisers, this increase in figures “reflects Inhorgenta’s relevance as an international platform for retail and jewellery”,

The number of international exhibitors has increased by 43% compared to the 2018 show and, to date, a total of 948 companies and brands have registered for the 2019 event, which takes place from February 22-25 at the Messe Munchen.

Of the brands set to exhibit next year, there has been a significant uptake in the timepieces hall with the Citizen Group, including its sub-brands Frédérique Constant, Alpina and Bulova, as well Bruno Söhnle from Glashütte and Swiss watch brand Maurice Lacroix all in attendance.

The gemstones hall, located in C1, is already fully booked and there will be 65 new brands and exhibitors in the fine jewellery and elegance & lifestyle halls located in B1 and B2 respectively.

“We’re thrilled with the trust that our exhibitors place in Inhorgenta Munich,” said Klaus Dittrich chairman and chief executive of Messe München.

“Next year, we will once again be able to showcase a broad and international range of products to our visitors. Our trade fair is steadily growing and the feedback we have received from exhibitors is proof that Inhorgenta Munich is exactly the right mix of a communication platform combined with glamorous events that the industry is after.”
