The National Association of Jewellers will use the second day of International Jewellery London (IJL) tomorrow (September 4) to officially launch its new Made in Britain Mark.
Taking place on the NAJ stand (J20) at midday, the mark will be launched in conjunction with Made in Britain and Made in Britain’s chief executive John Pearce will be on hand at the stand to answer any questions visitors might have about it.
The new voluntary mark will give manufactures a point of differentiation and will help consumers to identify which products have been manufactured in Britain.

With the support of UK Assay offices and a licensing body, the NAJ will be able to offer members the opportunity to use the mark in the coming months.
The NAJ is also calling for visitors to IJL to fill in a short survey card asking for their feedback on the new mark.
The official launch will be held at midday on September 4 on stand J20.
IJL is currently taking place at Olympia London and is open until the end of the day on September 5.
