Manager

Flawless Jewellery

DOB 06/11/88 Age 27

Having started in the jewellery trade aged just 16, Kaylie Drennan then went on to open up Flawless Jewellery’s first store in Chislehurst, Kent, together with her step-father, Rob. Initially working in the trade side of the business, dealing with suppliers, Drennan then moved into a customer-facing role, acting as the link between customers and the workshop to ensure that all bespoke orders are fulfilled. After many years’ experience and undertaking a gemmology course in Hatton Garden, Drennan now has responsibility for sourcing all of the diamonds and gemstones within the business. This year, she will also become the first person in the business to learn to use CAD to create jewellery.

Since Flawless opened its second branch in Westerham three years ago, Drennan has taken on the role of manager of that store, managing two full-time members of staff and taking on sole responsibility for the Westerham shop. She is described by staff as an “outstanding manager with excellent customer service skills”.
