Ruby Carr

Regional sales manager

Dower & Hall

DOB 15/01/91 Age 25

In the 18 months since joining Dower & Hall, Ruby Carr has proved to be a pivotal member of the wholesale team and a great support to domestic and export sales manager Nicola West.

Carr’s determination and tenacious attitude has helped to increase brand awareness and drive business. Her ability to react to each customer’s needs, while maintaining brand consistency, has gained her respect in account relationships. Her clear work ethic was seen by all at IJL 2015, where she soldiered on only 48 hours after lengthy reconstructive surgery on her hand after a nasty accident. And, during the following months of physiotherapy, having use of only one hand and unable to drive, she found ingenious ways to continue presenting the brand and achieving sales targets.

Carr strives beyond her day-to-day responsibilities, getting involved with all aspects of the business.
