Simmone Westerman joined precious metal reclamation expert Presman Mastermelt four years ago, as a junior admin assistant. In a very short time, she was taking on and completing tasks that had previously been the responsibility of more senior team members.

These days, Westerman organises both the internal admin team as well as the company’s national reclamation consultants. Customers and co-workers like Westerman, not only because of her friendly disposition, but also because she knows her stuff and can deal with any queries. Her personal development plan within the company has allowed her to learn and utilise new graphic design skills, which have become invaluable for the company’s brand management, both in terms of marketing and social media.
