Assay Office Birmingham

DOB 12.07.86 Age 29

Steve Franklin joined Assay Office Birmingham (AOB) in 2010 as a sales and marketing co-ordinator, having already enjoyed working there on a year contract from 2006 to 2007. He was then promoted to his current role as business development executive in 2015. Described by colleagues as having an excellent work ethic, Franklin is said to be a diplomatic and insightful team member. In his current role, Franklin is still able to use and develop his love of marketing as he collaborates with the wider commercial team. He is also able to drive customer satisfaction improvements through his business development role, which sees him walk the Jewellery Quarter to develop customer relationships right through to working at a higher level within AOB’s Works Council, driving improvements with and on behalf of his colleagues.
