Chantler has been instrumental in the development of Clogau’s visual merchandising standards since she joined the Welsh jewellery brand from global jewellery giant Pandora in June 2013. Working alongside a creative communications agency, Chantler has helped to develop Clogau’s sales training and e-learning platform, available to all its stockists. She has also helped put together training plans for international customers and taken control of the planning for the various trade shows Clogau exhibits at. According to Clogau, Chantler’s role has grown and developed in line with her enthusiasm, skill and willingness to take on new responsibilities. Brand development manager Sonia Menezes says of Chantler: “She is committed to supporting our growing network of retailers and brand partners.”
