Ben Parry

Goldsmith, Wongs Jewellers

DOB 25/04/91 Age 23

Beginning his career as an apprentice goldsmith with independent jewellery retailer Wongs in Liverpool, Parry has now been with the company for over two years and is described by his colleagues as having a determined and tenacious attitude. Now viewed as a pivotal member of the Wongs team, he constantly strives beyond his day-to-day responsibilities to better both himself and the company.

When Parry started with the business, he undertook simple chain repairs, but he accelerated at such a quick rate, that within only a week he was producing remodelled jewellery that others have taken up to six months to grasp.

Working predominantly on the bench, Parry enjoys venturing into other areas of the business, including sales, marketing and PR. This does not fall within his area of focus, but he likes to use his own time to be involved wherever he can.
