Having started with independent jewellery retailer Green + Benz five years ago in a Christmas temp role, Tromans has proved she has both ambition and commitment and now works as deputy manager at the company’s Chesterfield store.

Tromans loves working with fine jewellery and with customers. Described by store manager Abigail Hutchinson as having “an infectious attitude and a clear work ethic”, Tromans was the store’s top-selling salesperson throughout 2014.

Forging and maintaining good relationships with suppliers, Tromans is cited by her colleagues as a key contributor to morale and teamwork.

She has gained excellent customer feedback and is said to be an invaluable support when buying and sourcing new product and visiting trade shows, as well as mentoring younger staff.
