Having learned the ropes of the trade through a thorough grounding in working for the family jewellery business, In the Pink Jewellery, from the age of 13, Webb-Jones studied retail branding and visual merchandising at London College of Fashion.

She then worked for Danish Concept Stores in its Pandora store on Oxford Street, becoming assistant manager at just 19.

Webb-Jones then went on to become a wholesale rep for the Chamilia bead brand, as well as taking on a role at the Shaun Leane concept store in Selfridges, before moving back to work for In the Pink Jewellery.

As well as working as general manager at In the Pink, Webb-Jones also keeps her jewellery industry knowledge fresh and up-to-date by freelancing as a wholesale rep eight days a month for jewellery brand Daisy. She is described by colleagues as young, bright, ambitious and highly organised.
