Sam Cotteril

Wedding ring cell co-ordinator, Domino

DOB 09/06/86 Age 28

Sam Cotterill has been with Domino for nearly 10 years, having originally joined as an operations administrator. During her employment, she has been a key member of the operations team, and more recently became responsible for the management of administrative operations including stock management, planning and work issue.

As the operations co-ordinator, she has managed a team of six administrators and helped develop the team with several new members. Often challenging what the company does and how best to improve, she has brought about change within the operations area.

In recent months, because of her determination and commitment to the business, she was promoted to wedding ring cell co-ordinator, responsible for a team making product in a newly developed manufacturing cell.

Cotterill’s ability to motivate individuals has been key to creating this new team within manufacturing, an area previously outside of her comfort zone.
