IN FOCUS: Clogau Partner Support – Brand Ambassador Scheme

Clogau’s Brand Ambassador scheme is designed to grow partner retailers’ business in tandem with Clogau’s own business.

With the brand’s support, partner retailers’ store staff are all eligible to join this scheme.

It means that for every Clogau product the staff member sells they’ll be rewarded with a percentage of the sale from the brand in loyalty points to be able to redeem against their own personal account.

This encourages the staff member to spend their loyalty points on their own Clogau Jewellery that they can wear in store.

Staff members have a whole year to spend the loyalty points that they’ve accumulated before they re-set to zero on the July 1.

Commenting on the Brand Ambassador scheme, one Clogau retailer said: “’We found the Brand Ambassador scheme a great in store incentive, we look at all this beautiful Jewellery everyday so it’s nice to have something in place that enables us to purchase our own.”

Brand Training, Marketing Support, Marketing and Events Calendar and the Brand Ambassador scheme are the four most used features available via partner support.

But, there’s an array of other different features that the user has easy access to such as: ordering stock, viewing best seller reports, accessing customer information, logging repair and returns to name but a few.

It’s an easily accessible portal for everything the retailer needs from Clogau as a brand.
