Clogau’s innovative Partner Support function offers a clear, visual, interactive and informative platform to provide expertise and support the brand’s retail partners.
It enables them to manage and grow their Clogau business effectively in a variety of ways, the first of these being Brand Training.
As part of Partner Support, Clogau offers all its retailers the opportunity to participate in its training modules – there are three modules in total: Clogau Roots & Branches, Customer Journey and the brand’s most recent assessment on GDPR.
The purpose of the training modules is for retail staff to be fully aware of the brand and what it represents so that they can speak confidently to potential customers.
The training includes knowledge and information on all Clogau collections as well as on the brand’s heritage.
The recently added GDPR module was especially important for Clogau to include in the training because, as of last year, there were significant changes made to the way businesses can use customer data and the brand believes it is essential that its retail partners were made fully aware of this.
As a reward for completing and passing these assessments, the brand credits its retailers with Loyalty Points that they can use to purchase their own pieces of Clogau Jewellery to wear in store.
The brand says that it finds this to be a brilliant and rewarding incentive for staff.
