Ram raiders target TAG Heuer Manchester

A car and two motorbikes ram raided Manchester’s TAG Heuer Boutique at 10pm on the evening of Easter Bank Holiday Weekend (April 17).

According to the Manchester Evening News, the offenders approached the city centre store in a stolen Alfa Romeo car alongside two motorbikes.

The criminals used the car to ram-raid the front of the shop before entering the boutique and breaking into display cabinets.

The offenders abandoned the stolen car, escaping the scene of the crime on motorbikes.

It is estimated that the value of the watches stolen totalled around £10,000 although the exact amount is still unknown at this stage.

The incident is the fourth ram-raid robbery to occur in Greater Manchester since March 2017.

Any witnesses or anyone with further information should call police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111, quoting log number 2432/April 17.
